Portraits mit Ausstrahlung

Ich fotografiere seit 30 Jahren Portraits – angefangen bei einfachen Fotomotiven als Kind. Auch heute arbeite ich nach wie vor gerne mit Film, weil ich die Ausstrahlung und die Farben authentischer finde.

Ein Portrait ist für mich dann gelungen, wenn die Person etwas ausstrahlt, der Blick auf das Gesicht gelenkt wird und ein besonderer Moment festgehalten wurde.

Dabei arbeite ich analog und digital, in meinem Studio oder draußen.

Besonders am Herzen liegen mir ausgefeilte künstlerische Portraits und Headshots. Businessportraits machen mir großen Spaß, weil ich Menschen für einen Moment aus ihrem Arbeitsalltag herausholen und ihnen beim Shooting ein gutes Gefühl geben kann.

Portraits with Presence

I have been photographing portraits for 30 years – starting with simple photo subjects as a child. Even today, I still work with film because I find the presence and the colours more authentic.

For me, a portrait is successful when the person radiates something, when the viewer’s gaze is drawn to the face, and when a special moment is captured.

I work both analog and digital, in my studio or outdoors.

outdoors in nature or in urban settings

I especially enjoy refined artistic portraits and headshots. Business portraits are a particular pleasure for me, because I can take people out of their everyday work routine for a moment and give them a great feeling during the shoot.
